AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager for a direct-hire role in Bensalem, PA. The position oversees receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and a team of warehouse staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of warehouse supervision, strong inventory and process-improvement skills, and experience with WMS/ERP systems. Forklift certification is a plus. Competitive salary with benefits is offered.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 / year

Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Overview: We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused facility. You’ll manage receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and a team of warehouse associates to drive accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise, coach, schedule, and develop warehouse staff and equipment operators.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
