Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Northampton, MA. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with supervisors and team members to keep materials moving efficiently, safely, and accurately. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, picking, packing, stocking, and staging materials.
• Move products and materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or other approved equipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow proper material handling procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $20 to $20.50 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Job type: 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity.
• Employment type: Temp-to-hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Support warehouse receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and stocking activities.

• Forklift or additional powered industrial equipment experience is a plus.
