About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily operations, manage inventory, and lead our warehouse team. In this role, you will ensure efficient inventory flow, enforce safety standards, and keep our logistics running smoothly from receiving to shipping.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Supervise daily receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, OSHA standards, and equipment maintenance guidelines.
• Logistics: Coordinate directly with suppliers, transport companies, and internal department leads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
• Leadership skills with a track record of team management.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods.
