• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or related operations experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing large warehouse teams.
• Experience in pick, pack, and ship operations or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Experience managing a facility of similar size and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse productivity, order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory control, and safety practices.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems.

• Lead, schedule, coach, and develop a warehouse team of approximately 80 employees, including supervisors and leads.
• Oversee daily pick, pack, and ship operations to ensure order accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipping.
• Manage inventory control, receiving, cycle counts, and issue resolution to support fulfillment accuracy.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics, identify operational challenges, and implement practical solutions.
• Oversee facility operations across approximately 150,000 sq ft, including layout, maintenance, equipment, vendors, and housekeeping.
• Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and clean, organized warehouse practices.

Job Summary

A growing consumer packaged goods manufacturing and fulfillment operation in Van Nuys is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a high-volume pick, pack, and ship environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on warehouse leader who knows how to keep large teams productive, orders accurate, shipments on time, and facilities operating safely.

The Warehouse Manager will oversee a team of approximately 80 employees, including supervisors and leads, across a 100,000 sq ft facility and a 50,000 sq ft satellite location. Required Qualifications and Skills

• Manage daily pick, pack, ship, receiving, inventory control, and cycle count operations.
• Lead large warehouse teams, including supervisors, leads, and frontline associates.
• Oversee facility operations, safety compliance, equipment, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with purchasing, customer service, and e-commerce teams to meet order demand.
