Job description

We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a high‑performing team. The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This role ensures accurate inventory handling, efficient deliveries, and a safe, well‑maintained warehouse.

Job Type:

Full‑time

Hours:

Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Alternating Saturday's 8AM - 12PM

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery routing
• Maintain exceptional customer service and clear communication
• Manage tag-and‑hold orders and warehouse transfer processes
• Receive and inspect incoming materials, document discrepancies
• Maintain warehouse equipment and train staff on safety
• Lead, train, and support warehouse personnel and drivers
• Keep warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Assist with continuous improvement and process updates

• Previous warehouse experience: leadership/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Ability to lift 35+ lbs. and operate warehouse equipment
