Job summary

Integer Holdings, a leader in manufacturing and logistics, seeks a supervisor to lead warehouse and logistics teams. You will guide daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and quality standards across the site.

You will coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing and distribution to optimize flow, resolve issues, and drive improvements. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Procurement or Materials.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, regulated industry preferred, with Supervisors experience.
• ERP or warehouse management system experience (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse, logistics, or production support staff to meet short-term goals.
• Set priorities, ensure safety and quality standards, communicate with tact.
• Lead and coach associates, manage performance and time/attendance.
• Ensure FIFO and proper loading/unloading of goods to prevent damage.
• Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, and distribution on inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies; perform cycle counts.
