Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee warehousing activities on the shop floor and coach the team to safety, productivity, and quality goals. You will direct the warehousing crew, monitor capacity, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound documentation using our WMS and timekeeping systems.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and collaboration with Transportation, Management, and customers to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years forklift experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.
• Experience leading teams to safety, productivity, and quality goals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehousing team to achieve safety, productivity and quality goals.
• Run reports to optimize building capacity and space utilization.
• Complete inbound and outbound documentation accurately.
• Operate and leverage the warehouse management system and timekeeping system.
• Communicate operational changes and issues to supervisors and other departments.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Warehouse, Management, and customers.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
