Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, collaborate with leadership, customer care, and sales to meet customer expectations, and drive excellence across the team.

The ideal candidate has a track record in warehousing/logistics, strong leadership, and a sense of urgency to deliver results while maintaining safety and efficiency. This on-site role reports to the Operations Manager and offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business or related field preferred, but not required.
Four+ years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
Excellent leadership and customer service orientation for internal and external customers.
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Strong analytical and communication skills (oral and written).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff scheduling to meet budgetary goals.
Manage warehouse personnel including goal setting, reviews, training, and hiring/termination.
Operate within the budget (P&L) for the warehouse.
Develop and train Supervisory and Lead staff in leadership functions.
Collaborate to develop SOPs for the Warehouse area.
Oversee inventory control activities and cycle counting.
