Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead warehouse, logistics, or production support staff, guiding daily operations, inventory accuracy, shipping, and material flow. You will implement FIFO, coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing and distribution, and foster a safe, compliant work environment while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required and/or 5+ years of experience in the duties and responsibilities specified.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with regulated industry preferred.
ERP or warehouse management system experience (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse, logistics, or production support staff and set daily priorities.
Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to procedures; resolve inventory issues.
Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing and distribution; optimize material flow and FIFO.
Develop and implement SOPs and cycle counting; drive continuous improvement.
Promote diverse, open communication and teamwork.
