Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, manage staffing, and drive efficiency. You will work with leadership, customer care, and sales to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have a strong safety mindset, 4+ years in warehousing or logistics leadership, and a proven ability to coach teams. This on-site role emphasizes autonomy, process improvement, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business or related field preferred, but not required.
Four+ years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
Excellent leadership and strong interpersonal skills with customer service orientation.
High sense of urgency, adaptable and able to work autonomously.
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff productivity to meet budget goals.
Manage warehouse personnel including goal setting, reviews, training, disciplinary actions, and hiring/terminations.
Operate within budget (P&L) for the warehouse.
Develop and train Supervisory and Lead staff on leadership functions.
Collaborate in SOP development for the Warehouse area.
Oversee inventory control activities and safety programs.
