Job summary

NEFCO in Utah is seeking an experienced warehouse professional to manage distribution operations including receiving, storing, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatching trucks for construction supply delivery. You will coordinate with inbounds, inventory, and staff to ensure accurate orders and on-time shipping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial warehousing/distribution operations.
• Effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to use NEFCO’s ERP software system.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders and inter-branch transfers are picked, checked, packed, and loaded per guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of orders (material, quantity, quality).
• Coordinate with inbound/inventory staff to control stock and reduce errors.
• Process parcel shipments for customer delivery.
• Foster a high-performance work environment and teamwork.
• Communicate policies and administer corrective action when needed.
• Collaborate with distribution center staff to keep areas clean and organized.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work with staff to meet operational goals and continuous improvement.
