• Must have 5+ years of experience in industrial warehousing/distribution operations.
• Effective communicator up and across the organization.
• Ability to lead, coach, delegate to, and mentor Supervisors, Associates, and Drivers.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L expenses, quality, productivity, staffing, safety, capacity, and product flow.
• Drive continuous improvement using key metrics, training, and coaching.
• Maintain open communications with operations personnel.
• Support Customer Service, QA/QC, and Inventory Control as needed.
• Oversee cross-dock and transfer operations and address branch issues.
