Job summary

NEFCO Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Operations role in Salt Lake City. The position reports to the Logistics Manager and handles receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch for construction materials.

You will lead staff, ensure accuracy, and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Qualifications include 2+ years in warehousing, accurate computer skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial warehousing or distribution operations.
• Effective communication up, down and across the organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to use NEFCO's ERP system and warehouse layouts for planning.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and inventory integrity.
• Collaborate with inbound/inventory manager to minimize discrepancies.
• Process shipments and maintain safe, orderly warehouse.
• Lead staff to achieve high performance and standards.
• Communicate policies and apply corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain safe work environment and address hazards.
• Coordinate with distribution center team for cleanliness and organization.
