Job summary

NEFCO is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee all branch logistics activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and route loading for product delivery.

You will direct warehouse operations, coordinate staffing and safety, and drive improvements using metrics and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires 5+ years in warehousing and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in industrial warehousing/distribution operations.
• Effective communicator up, down and across the organization.
• Ability to lead, coach, delegate to Supervisors, Associates and Drivers.

Responsibilities

• Direct, optimize, and coordinate all warehouse activity.
• Manage P&L expenses, quality, productivity, staffing, safety, capacity, and product flow.
• Foster continuous improvement using metrics, training, and coaching.
