Job summary

Tip Top Garage Doors seeks a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to coordinate inbound shipments, manage outbound deliveries, and optimize inventory in our Charlotte, NC area. The role requires attention to detail and strong coordination with technicians and installers to ensure timely parts and supplies.

You will work with ERP and logistics software, maintaining accurate records and supporting cost-effective freight operations while collaborating with sales and operations teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or supply chain.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and ERP/inventory systems, ServiceTitan.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Able to lift and move materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Bonus: experience with freight carriers or route planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage inbound shipments (receiving, inspection, documentation).
• Schedule and oversee outbound deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain inventory control: track stock levels, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse layout and storage to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with service technicians and installers to fulfill parts and supply needs.
• Prepare and package orders, label parts, and stage equipment for dispatch.
• Monitor and manage logistics costs, shipping carriers, and freight operations.
• Use software systems and spreadsheets (ServiceTitan, Excel/Google Sheets, Label LIVE) to manage logistics data.
• Communicate with internal teams (sales, operations, installation crews) and external vendors.
• Participate in process improvement and team initiatives to increase efficiency.
