• Schedule and dispatch service and repair calls based on technician location, availability, and skillset.
• Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to respond to changes, emergencies, and customer needs.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and management throughout the day.
• Review daily jobs to ensure correct skill levels, parts, notes, and payment details are in place.
• Optimize routes to reduce drive time and minimize callbacks.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and set clear expectations.
