Job summary

Tip Top Garage Doors is seeking a punctual Warehouse Logistics Specialist to coordinate inbound shipments, manage outbound deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse near Charlotte/Indian Trail, NC. This on-site role supports installers and technicians to ensure on-time parts availability and smooth operations.

You will work with ServiceTitan, Excel/Google Sheets, and ERP systems to track shipments, optimize processes, and communicate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior logistics, warehousing, inventory or supply chain experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills with spreadsheets and ERP or inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing.
• Ability to lift/move materials as needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments including receiving, inspection and documentation.
• Schedule and oversee outbound deliveries for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain inventory control with stock levels, cycle counts and discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse layout and storage to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with service technicians and installers for parts and supplies.
• Prepare and package orders, label parts, and stage equipment for dispatch.
• Monitor logistics costs, carriers, and freight operations.
• Use ServiceTitan, Excel/Sheets, and ERP to manage logistics data.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Organize warehouse layout and storage to optimize workflow

• Monitor and manage logistics costs, shipping carriers, and freight operations
• Use software systems and spreadsheets (ServiceTitan, Excel/Google Sheets, Label LIVE) to manage logistics data
• Communicate with internal teams (sales, operations, installation crews) and external vendors
• Participate in process improvement and team initiatives to increase efficiency

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or supply chain roles
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, ERP, inventory systems, ServiceTitan)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Ability to lift and move materials (physical work when needed)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: experience with freight carriers, route planning, or logistics software

Reporting & Work Environment

This role reports to the Operations Manager / Warehouse Manager

Full-time, hourly position (non-exempt)

Work takes place in a warehouse / distribution environment with occasional exposure to varying temps, noise, and physical activity

Regular collaboration with field teams and office staff

Pay Range$17 - $21 USD
