Guild Garage Group LLC, a trusted NC-based garage door services provider, is seeking a diligent Warehouse Logistics Specialist.

You'll coordinate inbound shipments, schedule outbound deliveries, manage inventory, and collaborate with technicians to fulfill parts needs, using ServiceTitan, Excel/Sheets, and ERP systems.

This full-time, hourly role in Charlotte/Indian Trail offers pay between $17 and $21 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a growing local brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior logistics/warehousing or supply chain experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments (receiving, inspection, documentation).
• Schedule and oversee outbound deliveries; ensure timeliness.
• Maintain inventory control; track stock, perform cycle counts.
• Organize warehouse layout to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with service technicians and installers for parts needs.
• Prepare and package orders; label and stage equipment.
• Monitor logistics costs; manage carriers and freight operations.
• Use ServiceTitan, Excel/Google Sheets, and ERP to manage data.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors; drive improvements.
