Job summary

A Plus Garage Doors is seeking a diligent Warehouse Logistics Specialist to coordinate inbound shipments, schedule outbound deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced garage door service environment. You will collaborate with technicians and installers to ensure timely parts fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations.

Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential as you manage logistics data in ServiceTitan, Excel/Sheets, and ERP

Qualifications

• Coordinate inbound shipments and manage receiving, inspection, and documentation.
• Schedule outbound deliveries and ensure timeliness.
• Maintain inventory with cycle counts and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Organize warehouse layout and staging for dispatch.
• Collaborate with service technicians and installers to fulfill parts needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments (receiving, inspection, documentation).
• Schedule outbound deliveries and oversee timeliness.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Organize warehouse layout to optimize workflow.
• Use ServiceTitan, Excel/Sheets, ERP to manage logistics data.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency.
