Responsibilities

• Provide backup support to Logistics Supervisor and ensure daily warehouse operations run smoothly.
• Maintain good relationships with members/vendors; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Perform end-of-day closing procedures and oversee year-end inventory counts.
• Process credits for returns and coordinate freight for damaged/defective items.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, schedule deliveries, and advise on shipping instructions.
• Enter delivery appointments and assist with receiving issues as needed.
