Job summary

New England Appliance Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator – Warehouse to support day-to-day warehouse operations. The role involves answering phones, processing credits, obtaining RA’s, and scheduling inbound/outbound freight while providing excellent customer service to vendors and members.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a distribution or warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a Distribution Center or Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist Logistics Supervisor and warehouse managers to maintain daily operations.
• Maintain relationships with members/vendors and provide timely inquiries responses.
• Process credits and RA’s; schedule inbound/outbound freight.
• Enter delivery appointments and support payroll/vacation scheduling.
