The role blends office work with hands-on logistics, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and good communication. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, warehouse, or operations experience.
• Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home service industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing, inventory, fleet records, and warehouse administration.
• Support technicians and managers with inventory needs.
• Process permits, paperwork, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate occasional deliveries and material pickups.
