Job summary

Walpole Outdoors LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize the flow of goods, inventory, and customer shipments. The role is hands-on in the shipping and warehouse areas, reporting to the Building Manager and supporting daily operations with attention to accuracy and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in shipping/logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with domestic and international shipments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of shipping, receiving, packaging, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• 2+ years of inventory management and purchasing.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping and customs procedures.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, processing, packaging, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Prepare customer shipments with final pack-out, bills of lading, and shipping docs.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and customs requirements.
• Maintain lot traceability and accurate shipping records.
• Organize warehouse and inventory records; support monthly inventory reporting.
• Guide and support junior logistics team members.
