The role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong Excel and ERP/EDI familiarity, and meticulous recordkeeping in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in freight coordination or logistics
• Experience scheduling deliveries with large retail customers (e.g., Home Depot/Lord Lowe's) is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or EDI experience a plus

Aufgaben

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Schedule delivery appointments with home centers and track shipments.
• Ensure compliance with retailer vendor requirements and communicate changes.
• Audit freight invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate freight records and EDI transactions.
• Prepare performance reports for leadership.
