Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk in Rincon, GA to ensure shipping documents are accurate and completed on time. You will coordinate with outbound carriers, prepare bills of lading, and maintain records using the warehouse management system.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in a fast-paced warehouse. Knowledge of Manhattan WMS and Microsoft Office is preferred, and bilingual Spanish is a plus. On-site work with potential irregular hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk 10–12 hours and lift 50–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
• Communicates with site personnel to ensure operations meet requirements.
• Receives drivers and directs outbound shipments.
• Uses warehouse management system to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensures drivers depart with proper paperwork.
• Maintains shipping documents with SOP adherence.
• Gathers data in the WMS and maintains shipping activity records.
• Assists in resolving discrepancies.
• Assists with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading as needed.
• Monitors trailer capacity and coordinates with spotters on moves.
• Performs other admin duties as assigned by leadership.
