Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Loader Formula to transport items into trailers using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand. Sunday-Thursday, rotating Fridays, 5:30 PM until work complete.

You will load pallets, wrap, label, and ensure safety and quality standards while maintaining the efficient flow of our distribution process. This role requires 6+ months warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 90 lbs, and the ability to work in multi-temperature environments; drug test

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift 10–90 lbs.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transports items to be shipped into the trailer with forklift, pallet jack or by hand in the correct stop sequence.
• Locates the proper slot on the trailer and secures the load.
• Removes empty pallets and packaging, places them in proper areas, inspects pallets for damage.
• Performs general housekeeping and keeps areas clean and safe per guidelines.
• Secures equipment and completes required paperwork at shift end.
