Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Loader, Non-Formula to support our Omaha distribution operations. You will efficiently move products through staging, loading, and shipping with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

We value teamwork and depend on individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 90 lbs, and follow safety procedures to ensure accurate, on-time loading and delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move products safely throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to the trailer using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand per plan.
• Move outgoing products from staging area to loading dock with forklift.
• Wrap pallets, secure loads, and verify shipping labels as needed.
• Inspect trailers for cleanliness and safety before loading.
• Follow safety policies and company guidelines; maintain productivity targets.
• Assist with other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
