Performance Food Group (New) is hiring for a Loader Formula in Lebanon, Tennessee. You will load pallets into trailers, operate pallet jacks or forklifts, and ensure safe, efficient loading according to plans.

The position requires reliability, ability to lift up to 90 lb in some cases, and willingness to work Sunday-Thursday from 10am to finish with a base pay of $18.00 per hour plus a $1.25 load incentive. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ months of warehouse/distribution work experience.
• Stable work history with reliability and dependability.
• Must be able to work the scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to lift 10–35 lb repeatedly and up to 60–90 lb depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to be shipped into the trailer with a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Locate proper trailer slots and secure loads.
• Remove empty pallets and inspect pallets for damage.
• Maintain housekeeping and keep areas clean and safe.
• Follow all safety policies and company guidelines.
• Wear required PPE and complete safety checks.
• Pallets and equipment must be secured and paperwork completed at shift end.
