Job summary

DoorDash DashMart in Colorado Springs is seeking a warehouse leader to manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center and an evolving team. You will recruit, coach, and retain Shift Leads and Associates, own daily operations and labor budgeting, and strive to meet site metrics while delivering a superior customer experience.

You will use data to pinpoint inefficiencies, implement improvements, and collaborate with central teams to equip your team with tools for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations.
• Proven track record of developing people and delivering results.
• Experience leading 10+ employees and owning site-level metrics.
• Comfort with ambiguity and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
• Own day-to-day warehouse operations, scheduling, and labor budget.
• Ensure site meets quality and fulfillment metrics; drive process improvements.
• Use data to identify pain points and design improvements in warehouse processes.
