DoorDash's DashMart in Colorado Springs is hiring an Operations Leader to manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center and lead the local warehouse operating team. You will ensure high quality for customers and drive performance.

You will recruit and coach a team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates, own day-to-day operations including scheduling and labor budgets, and push process improvements using data to meet site metrics. This role requires flexibility for late-night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ of team leadership experience in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations).
• Experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Owner mindset to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead: recruit, coach & retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+).
• Own: day-to-day operations of one DashMart warehouse, including scheduling and labor-budget management.
• Delight customers: maintain quality metrics like order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
• Strategize: use data to identify pain-points and drive process improvements.
