Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead at a DashMart location in Colorado. You will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center, manage shifts, maintain inventory, and support both warehouse and light kitchen tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with experience in food, warehouse, or retail environments, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Training for a food handling certificate is provided.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and positive team player with a can-do attitude.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments preferred.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Willing to obtain/maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• High school diploma or GED; college degree a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers as needed.
• Lead Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safe, productive work and escalation as needed.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and maintain a positive, safe work environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
