Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Savannah, GA to coach and train warehouse teams, including forklift operators. You will backfill supervisor duties and ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across functions such as shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.

The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, 6 months of supervisory experience, and a valid forklift license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers; conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Perform safety and performance observations; operate powered industrial equipment as needed.
• Complete paperwork per SOPs and regulatory requirements; participate in inventory/cycle counts.
• Provide backup to supervisor and other warehouse roles; help ensure SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements.
• Review daily production reports and communicate incidents to leadership.
