Job summary

Kenco Group in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and mentor warehouse associates, oversee daily tasks, and back up the supervisor as needed. You will train forklift drivers, conduct PIT and annual recertification, perform safety checks, manage paperwork, and participate in inventory counts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must have 2+ years warehouse/distribution experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers; back up supervisor as needed.
• Train on PIT and annual recertification; conduct safety and performance observations.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment to move products and materials; complete shipping/receiving paperwork as required.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances to leadership.
• Perform daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
