Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates, oversee daily tasks, and provide backup to supervisors. Responsibilities span shipping/receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

The role requires leadership experience, forklift operation certification, and ability to train others. Eligible candidates will support various departments and help ensure efficient throughput and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Conduct EIP, performance, and maintenance observations.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Complete applicable paperwork (shipping/tracking labels) per SOPs and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in inventory/cycle count activities and report variances to leadership.
• Perform daily safety inspections per the forklift Safety Checklist.
