Job summary

Kenco Group is hiring a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers. The role includes conducting PIT training, observations, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. The Lead provides backup to supervisors and may cover various warehouse functions.

The candidate will run safety checks, assist with inventory and cycle counts, and help ensure tight operational controls across shipping, receiving, and material handling tasks.

Qualifications

• 2 years in warehouse/distribution operations.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience.
• Forklift operator license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers; conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Conduct safety and performance observations.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Complete shipping/paperwork per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in inventory/cycle count activities and report variances to leadership.
• Perform daily safety inspections and ensure facility readiness for audits.
• Communicate and report incidents; ensure proper product rotation.
• Review daily production reports and provide backup support to other warehouse roles.
