Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train associates, including forklift drivers, while managing key daily tasks. You will backstop the supervisor, support shipping/receiving, inventory control, and other warehousing functions as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of warehouse experience with at least 6 months in a leadership capacity, and a valid forklift license or ability to obtain one. You’ll work to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse/distribution operations, plus 6 months leadership experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain forklift license.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances.
