Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and supervise warehouse associates in a fast-paced environment. You will train teammates, support daily tasks, and back up the supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities include PIT training, safety checks, inventory counts, and completing shipping/receiving paperwork in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements. A forklift license is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Perform daily safety inspections and maintain equipment readiness.
• Handle shipping/receiving, inventory control, and paperwork per SOPs.
• Back up the supervisor and cover other warehouse roles as needed.
