Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates while handling lead responsibilities across shipping, receiving, inventory control and general warehouse tasks. You will back up supervisors as needed and ensure daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

The role requires forklift and PIT operation proficiency, ability to conduct training, inspections, and participate in cycle counts, with flexibility for overtime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• Six months of leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Able to operate reach truck, EPJ, and sit-down forklift.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Provide backup to supervisor and cover inbound/outbound coordination as needed.
• Perform PIT operations and daily safety inspections on equipment.
