Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and develop warehouse teams, including forklift operators, while ensuring safe, efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The role supports the supervisor and may cover multiple departments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse operations and at least 6 months of supervisory experience, with a valid forklift license or ability to obtain one. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching warehouse teams and forklift operators.
• Ability to train and supervise daily tasks in shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling.
• Strong focus on safety, audits, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Lead daily operations and back up supervisors as needed.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements.
• Conduct cycle counts, manage paperwork, and report variances to leadership.
• Assist with inventory, shipping/receiving, and other warehouse functions.
