Kenco is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Michigan to coach warehouse associates, train forklift operators, and support daily operations across shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The role includes performing safety checks and ensuring adherence to SOPs while backing up supervisors as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse operations, plus 6 months in a leadership role and a valid forklift license. A background check will be completed in the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a forklift license.

Responsabilités

• Coach and train teammates to fulfill daily tasks.
• Operate and oversee warehouse functions such as shipping/receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
