Job summary

KLS Kenco Logistic Services, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Indiana to coach warehouse associates, train teammates, and support daily operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling. The Lead may back up the supervisor as needed.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, 6 months of leadership, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification or the ability to obtain one. Join a safety‑driven team focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience and/or training.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Conduct performance, safety, and maintenance observations.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution and handle loading/unloading.
• Complete paperwork per SOPs and regulatory requirements (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Participate in inventory/cycle count activities and report variances.
