Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers; conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Coach and oversee daily tasks; provide backup to supervisor as needed.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance (DOT, IATA, IMDG, etc.).
• Assist in shipping/receiving, inventory control, and paperwork preparation.
