Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; background check and drug screen.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months of leadership/supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Provide backup to the supervisor as needed.
• Train PIT operators and conduct annual recertification training.
• Conduct observations and safety inspections of equipment and processes.
• Operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Complete shipping/tracking paperwork per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in cycle counts and report variances to leadership.
• Maintain readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customer inspections.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed and escalate incidents.
• Review daily production reports and support other warehouse roles as needed.
