Job summary

Kenco Group is hiring a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates, including forklift drivers, while handling key tasks across shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling. The Lead provides backup to supervision and ensures safety and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of warehouse experience, and forklift certification or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution operations experience, plus 6 months leadership experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Perform safety, performance, and equipment maintenance observations.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution and handle shipping/receiving tasks.
• Complete paperwork (shipping labels, tracking) per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances to leadership.
• Serve as backup to supervisor and support other warehouse roles as needed.
