Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Jacksonville to oversee loading, unloading, stacking, and case picking in a fast-paced warehouse. You will operate forklifts and power jacks, assist operators, and ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory.

The role requires training new hires, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with management to meet KPI targets and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating Arcadia MHE equipment required.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to move products within the warehouse.
• Select and load products from storage onto pallets for shipping to customer locations.
• Verify accuracy of put-away, shipping, and receiving per work orders.
• Oversee activities of Warehouse Operators and provide training to new hires.
• Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to ship/receive.
• Ensure safety standards and report damages or issues to supervisors.
