Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage loading, unloading, sorting, and case picking in a modern cold storage facility. You will operate all material handling equipment and assist in training new hires while supporting supervisors on performance and safety objectives.

The role requires experience with warehouse equipment, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Weekend shifts may be required to meet KPIs and operational targets.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience operating all Arcadia MHE equipment required.
• Basic reading, legible writing and arithmetic skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently or as a team.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks, power jack and forklift to move products.
• Load and unload items, stack, sort and pick cases for orders.
• Assist with training new hires and answer questions.
• Support supervisors with performance feedback.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and report damages.
• Cross-train and support Warehouse Operator I, II, III as needed.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with safety checks.
