Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage loading, unloading, stacking, and selecting products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise operators, ensure safety, and support training while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires operating forklifts and other MHE, coordinating with control room and management to meet KPI targets, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Opportunity to grow within a dynamic cold-chain logistics team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience operating all Arcadia MHE equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklift) in the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and stage products for shipping and receiving.
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment.
• Oversee warehouse operators and training of new hires.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.
• Cross-train as Warehouse Operator I, II, and III.
