Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Jacksonville, FL to manage loading, unloading, stacking, sorting, and case picking in a fast-paced warehouse. The role requires operating powered industrial trucks and mentoring junior staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You will coordinate with Wave Planner, manage inventory quality, and uphold safety policies while supporting daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to move products within the warehouse.
• Select and load products from storage onto pallets for shipping.
• Verify accuracy with Wave Planner and management.
• Train new hires and oversee warehouse operators as needed.
• Follow safety standards and perform pre-trip safety checks.
