Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise loading, unloading, sorting, and case picking in a busy warehouse. You will operate powered industrial trucks and coordinate daily tasks to meet shipping deadlines.

You will train new hires, answer technical questions, and supervise Warehouse Operators to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You will collaborate with planning tools and management to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating Arcadia MHE equipment.
• Strong reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Urgency, meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication with varied individuals.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• WMS knowledge preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to maneuver in the warehouse.
• Select and load products onto pallets to prepare shipments.
• Verify inventory and ensure put-away, shipping, and receiving accuracy.
• Train new hires and guide warehouse operators.
• Oversee activities of Warehouse Operators and ensure KPI targets.
• Perform daily and pre-trip safety checks on equipment.
• Ensure safe transport of goods and maintain clean work areas.
