Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee loading, unloading, and order picking in our Georgia facility. You will guide a team of Warehouse Operators, ensure safety, accuracy, and efficient execution of daily tasks.

Responsibilities include operating powered industrial trucks, coordinating with Wave Planner, and training new hires. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience operating Arcadia MHE equipment.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to maneuver through the warehouse.
• Load products from storage onto pallets for shipping to customer locations.
• Verify put‑away, shipping and receiving accuracy with Wave Planner.
• Ensure efficiency of operations and monitor KPIs like turn times and accuracy.
• Provide training to new hires and supervise warehouse operators.
• Maintain a clean work environment and report damages.
